1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Spin for Din mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Spin for Din LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 13 years old
- You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- Your use of the App does not violate any applicable law or regulation
- You are not prohibited from receiving services under the laws of any applicable jurisdiction
3. Account Registration
Certain features may require creating an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account. Contact us at support@spinfordin.app immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
4. Permitted Use & Prohibited Conduct
You may use the App solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any App content without authorization
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
- Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts
- Transmit spam, malware, or any harmful content
- Circumvent access controls or security features
- Use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- Impersonate any person or entity
5. Intellectual Property
All content within the App — including text, graphics, logos, icons, audio, and software — is the property of Spin for Din LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. "Spin for Din" and related marks are trademarks of Spin for Din LLC.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. No other rights are granted.
6. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
The App may offer in-app purchases or subscription plans. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage subscriptions through your device's App Store or Google Play account settings.
7. Third-Party Services
The App may link to or integrate with third-party food delivery services (e.g., DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub). These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service.
8. User-Generated Content
If you create or submit custom wheel entries, restaurant lists, or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display that content within the App. You represent that such content does not infringe any third-party rights.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT RESTAURANT INFORMATION WILL BE ACCURATE OR CURRENT. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPIN FOR DIN LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. Sections 5, 9, 10, and 12 survive termination.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
